Melissa Craig is the Associate Director, Circularity at The Clorox Company. She leads sustainable packaging strategies, supports the IGNITE ESG packaging agenda and 2030 targets by partnering with internal functional teams, business units and external industry organizations. The focus is to develop programs to reduce, reuse and reinvent plastics packaging across the value chain. Additionally, she leads the implementation of Clorox’s EPR strategy and the impacts to the enterprise.
Melissa has over 30 years of experience in designing packaging for consumer products and foods. Prior to joining Clorox, she held the position of Associate Director, Plastic Sustainability at Unilever, Packaging Sustainability Manager at the Kellogg Company and packaging roles at Georgia-Pacific and Johnson & Johnson. She has a BS in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
