Prior to joining How2Recycle as a Project Associate, Julia worked as a Business Development Manager at TerraCycle, where she collaborated with CPG brands to establish recycling programs for their hard-to-recycle products and packaging. Julia earned her B.S. in Ecology & Environmental Sciences from the University of Maine. Her passion for the environment developed early on, but her interest in the intersection of business and sustainability became particularly evident during a college internship focused on small business sustainability. When she’s not trying to save the world, you can find Julia reading in the park, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring her city.
