Britt Staley is Senior Director of Innovation for Consumer Packaging North America at Smurfit Westrock, based at the company’s Experience Center in Richmond, Virginia.
Her experience spans innovation, product development, commercialization, design, sales, marketing, and sustainability, with a focus on translating customer needs into practical, scalable packaging solutions.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of GreenBlue, Britt is active in community leadership with St. Catherine’s School and the Salvation Army of Central Virginia’s Red Shield Youth Center. Britt holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
