AKRON, Ohio- September 30, 2015 — GreenBlue’s Sustainable Packaging Coalition (SPC) and Smithers Pira, are pleased to announce the dates and location for SustPack 2016, a 3 day event offering a comprehensive look at how businesses are leading their sustainable initiatives through packaging design and sustainable materials management. SustPack 2016 will bring together close to 500 key stakeholders at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL, April 11-13, 2016.
Building off of this year’s highly successful SustPack 2015 conference, the 2016 event will continue to serve the needs of the entire supply chain, from material suppliers, to converters, brand owners, and other end users. With a focus on “Business Made Sustainable”, SustPack 2016 will bring insightful presentations on how sustainability has an effect on ROI, corporate goal setting and execution, case studies of brands that lead, and cities that are paving the way for systems thinking and what’s new in traditional packaging materials.

Content selection will be guided by consulting experts including SPC and Smithers Pira representatives and industry stakeholders.
