Evan Bruner

Project Associate, Sustainable Packaging Coalition

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Evan joined our team in Spring 2016. Beginning an academic career in environmental studies, he obtained his BA¬†from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington in 2011. Shortly after, he moved The Netherlands to pursue a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University. During his studies, Evan had a variety of unique opportunities, ranging from working as a legislative intern with a Washington State Senator to developing a campaign with the world’s first investment fund for sustainable aquaculture business models, Aqua Spark. With a wide variety of skills ranging from communications and policy analysis to sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship, Evan will be focusing his efforts on the Forest Products Working Group and EPAT.
When not working, you’ll often find Evan exploring local nature, cooking a nutritious meal or enjoying some live music.
